Lucky Ticket Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Almost Clever Games handles information in the Android game Lucky Ticket, package name com.almostclever.luckyticket.
Overview
Lucky Ticket stores game progress and settings on your device. It also uses Google Play Games Services for player sign-in and Saved Games cloud synchronization, and Google Play Billing for optional in-app purchases.
Almost Clever Games does not operate a separate player-account backend for the current version of Lucky Ticket and does not sell or rent personal information.
Google Play Games Services
When Play Games Services is available and you sign in, Google processes your Play Games gamer identity. Lucky Ticket may use your Play Games display name to show your signed-in state and uses your authenticated Play Games profile to synchronize game progress.
The Play Games Services SDK also processes service analytics and diagnostics for Google. Google handles this information under its own terms and privacy policies.
Game data and cloud saves
Lucky Ticket stores game data locally. When cloud synchronization is active, game data is also stored in Google Play Games Services Saved Games. This can include:
- gameplay progress, records, statistics, and mode history;
- settings, language, onboarding, and Daily progress;
- campaign, achievement, collection, and unlock progress;
- owned and equipped cosmetic items;
- in-game currency and wallet state;
- purchase-related identifiers needed to deliver purchases correctly and prevent duplicate credits.
Saved Games is used to synchronize and recover progress across reinstalls or compatible devices signed in to the same Play Games profile.
In-app purchases
Lucky Ticket uses Google Play Billing for optional consumable in-app purchases. Purchase information may be stored with your game data to deliver purchased in-game currency, prevent duplicate transactions, and recover unfinished purchases.
Payments are processed by Google Play. Almost Clever Games does not receive your payment-card or bank-account details.
Advertising and analytics
The current version of Lucky Ticket contains no advertising SDK and no developer-operated third-party analytics service. Google Play and Play Games Services may process account, purchase, analytics, diagnostics, and platform information as part of providing their services.
Network access
Core gameplay can use locally stored data. An internet connection is required for Play Games sign-in and cloud synchronization, and for Google Play Billing operations.
Data security
Online synchronization and purchase operations use Google Play platform services. Google states that Play Games Services encrypts collected end-user data in transit using HTTPS. Lucky Ticket does not intentionally send passwords or payment-card details to Almost Clever Games.
Data retention and deletion
Local game data remains on your device until it is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Clearing local app storage or uninstalling Lucky Ticket does not necessarily delete an existing Play Games Saved Game, so cloud progress may be restored after a later sign-in.
Purchase-related identifiers may remain with game data while they are needed to prevent duplicate purchase delivery.
Google provides controls for deleting Play Games data, including data associated with an individual game, through Play Games or Google Account controls.
Children's privacy
Lucky Ticket does not provide chat, user-generated content, personalized advertising, or direct account registration with Almost Clever Games. Google Play and Play Games Services features are governed by Google's account, privacy, and family controls.
Third-party services
Google processes information when you use Google Play, Play Games Services, or Google Play Billing. Google's handling of that information is governed by Google's policies. You can review the Google Privacy Policy.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if Lucky Ticket's features, service providers, or data practices change. The effective date above will be updated when a revised policy is published.
